Your information may be collected in person (on promotional materials including but not limited to competition entry forms) or via competition entry or promotion application forms on our website or social media pages.

We use your personal information to contact you regarding our photographic services which you have expressed an interest in. This process is necessary to take steps to enter into contact with you.

 

If you accept to receive email updates, we will be using your name and email address to send this information to you. By sending you these emails we are sharing only product and service information you expressed an intrest in when we collected your data. You hold the right to object or restrict this at any time, just contact us using the contact information below. If it is a newletter there will be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. We assure you we will not bombard you with irrelevant and repetitive offers. We also use various social media platforms to notify you of special offers and promotions.

Stephanie Thornton LTD are copyright holders of all images, we reserve the right to store and use your images indefinitely for the purposes of the business including but not limited to marketing, website and promotional materials. Your images may be shared with our associated legitimate third party companies for promotion purposes. This would be shared for no cost and neither party is profiting, for example when we write for various photographic magazines we use images from real shoots. Usually we will let you know in advance of this but reserve the right not to have to contact you regarding the publication. If you wish your images not to be used for any social media or publication purposes you can just let us know, this would have been mentioned at one of your appointments previously, usually at your shoot. We will not sell your images on to any third party for profit.

 

Your personal data may be shared with third parties when necessary to carry out our contract with you.

An example of this would be courier services for delivery.

Your personal information is NEVER passed on or sold to other parties or companies for sales purposes.

 

By submitting your personal data you are agreeing to your image data being shared with necessary third parties who operate websites, social media providers etc. For example a website provider. We will make sure your data is treated securely and in accordance with our policy.

 

In order to run our business and complete our contracts with you, and to protect images against damage such as loss or corruption, your personal data and photographic image may be stored and backed up in securely local and possibly cloud based location.

We hold your data for up to six years after our contract has ended. As Stephanie Thornton LTD owns the copyright of all images, we hold the right to keep all images indefinitely and use in, but not limited to, marketing, website and promotional use.

Any downloadables made available to you on this website are provided at your own risk. We take all precautions to be sure only genuine downloadable content is available, it is advised all users use an anti virus software to check any incoming files.
